My Approach
My primary therapeutic framework for one-on-one work is Transactional Analysis (TA) — a relational, insight-oriented approach that helps people understand the unconscious patterns shaping their lives. TA explores ego states, life scripts, and the early relational experiences that determine how we relate to ourselves and others. It is one of the most accessible and evidence-based modalities in psychotherapy.
Alongside TA, I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based techniques for individual work — building present-moment awareness and a kinder relationship with the different parts of yourself. For couples, I work integratively, primarily through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy. The specific blend depends on what each person or couple needs — there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
