Therapist in Delhi NCR
I'm Yoshita Bhargava, a psychotherapist (MSc Counseling Psychology, Diploma in Transactional Analysis) working online with adults across Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. Video sessions mean the two things NCR life makes scarcest, time and privacy, stay protected: no commute, no waiting room, a fixed weekly hour that actually holds.
Why Online Therapy Fits NCR Life
No NCR Commute
No inching down NH-48 or the DND at rush hour for a 50-minute session. Therapy happens where you already are, and the hour stays a whole hour.
A Slot That Survives Your Week
A weekly fixed time that doesn't collapse the moment work runs late — because joining from your desk, home, or hotel room is always possible.
Real Privacy
No shared waiting rooms, no running into a colleague at the clinic. Just you, a stable connection, and a confidential space.
Queer Affirmative
All identities, orientations, and relationship structures are welcome without assumption or judgment — that is the starting point of the work, not a feature of it.
Much of what brings NCR clients to therapy is shaped by the region itself: demanding work cultures in Gurgaon and Noida, long-distance family expectations, relationships squeezed by two commutes, and the particular loneliness of a city you moved to for a job. The work we do — often through Transactional Analysis — looks underneath those pressures at the patterns that decide how you respond to them: the drive to over-perform, the difficulty saying no, the burnout that keeps rebuilding itself.
To be transparent: I'm based in the Delhi NCR myself, but there's no physical clinic — sessions are online by design. What you get instead is a credentialed psychotherapist, a consistent weekly slot, and a practice built so that the online format works for you, not against you. If you'd like the full picture before reaching out — the intro call, the session rhythm, how I actually work — I've written it all down in How I Work.
Wherever You Are in NCR
Whether you're in South Delhi or Dwarka, a Gurgaon high-rise off Golf Course Road, a Noida sector, Ghaziabad, or Faridabad — the session is the same fifty minutes with the same therapist, no travel required. Couples who live at opposite ends of the region (or in different cities during the week) can even join couples sessions from two locations.
And because the practice is online, therapy survives NCR's transitions too: a move from Noida to Gurgaon, a posting abroad, a return home. Your fixed slot, and everything we've built in it, comes with you. I also work with clients on anxiety — far and away the most common reason people in the region reach out.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a clinic in Delhi or Gurgaon?
No — my practice is fully online. Sessions happen over Google Meet, from wherever in NCR you feel most comfortable: your home in Noida, a quiet room in your Gurgaon office after hours, or your car if that's honestly the most private place you have. Online is not the compromise option here; it's how the practice is designed.
Is online therapy effective for someone with a demanding NCR schedule?
Often more so, because consistency is what makes therapy work — and online sessions are far easier to keep when your week involves long commutes and unpredictable hours. Research consistently finds outcomes comparable to in-person therapy; the therapeutic relationship develops just as well over video.
What times are sessions available?
Sessions run on a weekly fixed slot — the same day and time each week — agreed between us at the start. I do my best to find a slot that works around NCR working hours; availability is discussed during the free introductory call.
What are your qualifications?
I hold an MSc in Counseling Psychology from CHRIST University, Bangalore, and a Diploma in Transactional Analysis, and I'm preparing for the Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) exam. I've been practicing since 2020, working individually with adults and with couples. The practice is queer affirmative.
