Therapy Sessions
The individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, Transactional Analysis (TA) being the primary approach. Others include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Mindfulness, to help you achieve emotional wellness and growth. Being Queer Affirmative is an important part of the organization. Our sessions are confidential, and your comfort is our top priority.
